When you enroll in KDP Select, you are offered five days in which you can put your book up for free. I have only used two days, but now I’ve decided to use my final three days. Why not, right? The whole idea in writing a book is to get it read, and as much as I would love to be paid for my work, I understand that I need to earn the reader’s interest. Hopefully, this will lead to more income when I release future books.
So here’s the deal. On September 1, 2 & 3 the kindle version of “On a Hot August Afternoon” will be free. Hopefully it will boost my numbers and spark more interest. Last time I received one nasty review and several really good ones. Fingers crossed, the haters will stay away this time, but hey, life is all about risk and I’m willing to take my chances. Here’s the link, but remember the promotion doesn’t start until 12:00 am on the 1st. http://www.amazon.com/Hot-August-Afternoon-Bridget-Straub/dp/0985438401/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1346295492&sr=1-1&keywords=On+a+hot+august+afternoon Should you be so inclined, I’d love it if you’d tweet it out and/or Facebook it. Thanks in advance, and if you haven’t already read it but plan to, I hope you enjoy it. In case you hadn’t noticed, I’m really proud of it.

Perfect tweet for Monday Marketing
P.S. They look pretty.
Sorry, Bridget, I’m a techno neanderthal: no kindle, no facebook, no twitter…nada. Is the book available in print? That I could do! xoxoM
It is in print! I am nearly as bad, no kindle to speak of and prefer to hold a book in my hand anyway.
