Is it possible that autumn is on it’s way? For the first time in weeks we will not be entrenched in triple digets today. Finally I have awoken to overcast skies. It’s nothing oppressive or that won’t give way to sunshine and warm weather later on, but at least it sends the message that there is a change on the horizon. At least it makes it possible to take a walk and not to return home covered in flop sweat.
I don’t know about you, but I, for one, am in need of change in several areas of my life and today gives me hope. When you stop to think about it, if something as massive as the weather can change then so can I, right? Today the weather, tomorrow me? We shall see.
I know what you mean. When I went out to get the newspaper I immediately noticed that it didn’t feel like the oven was beginning to warm up.
Kind of miraculous, right?
I’m definitely ready for a break from the heat! We got some rain last night and that’s already cooling things down.
