Happiness is a basket full of fabric that screams SUMMER!

Happiness is a summer camp that focuses on art and teaches kids to express their individuality.

Happiness is revisiting old haunts even when they aren’t quite as accessible as they used to be. Back when I used to take my son to Griffith Park’s Travel Town, you could climb on a lot of the trains. Now most of them are off-limits.

And last but not least, happiness is imagination. Looking at this restaurant space for lease, here’s what I would do with it. I’d open a restaurant called “The Sauce” that would specialize in delicious bar b qued pulled pork sandwiches served with french fries and a small cup of bar b que sauce you could dip them in. There would be live music every night and yet it would have a family friendly atmosphere. What would you do with this space?
